Prices for Real Estate, Construction and Transportation Aerial Photos

Getting the right photo starts with proper planning. For custom aerial assignments we’ll want to understand how you plan to use the images. Then we can suggest the best approach. Our attention to detail ensures we deliver photos that are precisely what you need.

You’ll find our pricing guidelines below. The fees apply to sites in the Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. For aerial photography outside these areas, please contact us for more information.

Real Estate Properties

• One-time custom aerial photography assignments
• 3 different angles / 6 shots total (3 general shots showing an overview of the land, roads, etc. and 3 close-ups showing the property itself)
• 6 final 8x10 high-resolution prints delivered via postal service
• CD with digital images in high resolution for print and web use - $995.00 each
• Additional versions and enlargements - $75.00 each + print enlargement cost

Construction Progress

Aerial Time-Lapse Photo Shoots by Milestone

• Aerial shots in 3 different angles
• 3 final 8x10 high-resolution prints delivered every month via postal service
• CD with digital images in high resolution for print and web use also delivered every month - $550.00 each. Minimum 5 required

Monthly Aerial Time-Lapse Photo Shoots

• Monthly aerial shots in 3 different angles
• 3 final 8x10 high-resolution prints delivered every month via postal service
• CD with digital images in high resolution for print and web use also delivered every month -$450.00 per month - 12-month minimum agreement

Boats, Ships, Aircrafts Custom Aerial Photography Assignment

• We shoot in 3 different angles (back, side & front)
• 3 final 8x10 high-resolution prints plus a CD with digital images in high resolution for print and web use are delivered free of charge via postal service - $595.00
• Additional versions and enlargements - $75.00 each + print enlargement cost

Details of Custom Shoot and How to Order
To request a custom aerial photography shoot, call us at 1-866-535-1910 or e-mail Please include your telephone number if sending an email. We will call you to discuss the specific requirements of your shoot. We’ll also need a detailed street map with the location marked. To get the best images we wait for perfect weather, a crystal clear day with no haze or clouds.
