Prices for Real Estate, Construction and Transportation Aerial Photos

Getting the right photo starts with proper planning. For custom aerial assignments we'll want to understand how you plan to use the images. Then we can suggest the best approach. Our attention to detail ensures we deliver photos that are precisely what you need.

You'll find our pricing guidelines below. The fees apply to sites in the Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. For aerial photography outside these areas, please contact us for more information.

Aerial photography shot at location site including aerial views from the North, NE, East, SE, South, SW, West and NW at shot at about 500 feet altitude above ground level.
After the shoot we will process the RAW files and post a web gallery for you to select which photos you like us to deliver.
We will color correct, export in the format you like (High Resolution JPG or Tiff) and post online for download.

Photography files delivery:
8 high-resolution digital photos delivered electronically via web link download in high resolution JPG or TIFF format (300 dpi)

For aerial photo shoots within Miami-Dade & Broward *

Single residential sites and single commercial units. Price starts at $650.00 (discounts available if multiple properties are needed)

Residential condominiums, commercial centers, etc. Price starts at $750.00 (discounts available if multiple properties are needed)

Large areas of land (please contact us for exact quote)

* Prices (includes aircraft, pilot and photographer fees)
* Price may vary for areas inside FAA restricted airspace, usually close to Miami International and Fort Lauderdale International Airports.

Notes:
- Media usage: Unlimited time, all media, worldwide.
- Specific shooting day and place is subject to weather conditions and FAA airspace restrictions.
- In order to schedule the shoot we require your confirmation and credit card or purchase order in file before the day of the shoot.
- Photo retouching and montages are available for $75 per photo.
- Delivery in CD/DVD via regular mail is optional for $30.00

Aerial time-lapse photo shoots every month, every week or by milestone

Boats, Ships, Aircrafts Custom Aerial Photography Assignment

• Aerial photography shot at location site, price includes up to 1 hr of flight, pilot and photographer fees
• General shots showing an overview of the subject
• Close up shots showing the subject itself
• Electronic delivery of high resolution files via web link download
• $750.00 per hour - Payment in full is required before any flight is scheduled

To request a custom aerial photography shoot, call us at 305-675-6727 or e-mail Please include your telephone number if sending an email. We will call you to discuss the specific requirements of your shoot. We'll also need a detailed street map with the location marked. To get the best images we wait for perfect weather, a crystal clear day with no haze or clouds.
